About me
Hi, This is Me
My name is Little Binky and I was found on an industrial area when I was about three months old. I’m not sure if I was a stray cat, but I needed someone to take care of me and therefore one day I jumped into a car, while the door was open and found myself a mom and little twofeet, who helped me to purr on in life.
After a long time, when my mom and her friend seperated, she took me, my twofeet brother and all her things from one house to another and finally we lived with a friend who had two cats as well. They didn’t liked me and they made my life very hard by chasing and attacking me. I felt very lonely and sad in that small bedroom…
But then came Granny, mom’s mother, and saved me from this horrible situation. She took me home with her and Grandpa and she gave me the purr of my life. This was in September 2008.
Together we work on this blog. I give the inspiration and she writes it down on the computer.
Granny studied Homeopathy and Bach Flower Remedies for human and Animals and Spiritual Energy Healing and she talks with any kind of animal, especially with me. We had a lot of talking, before I was myself again, after my traumatic experience with cats.
Granny was also working as a cat-sitter volunteer at the Dutch Cat Protection Service. She took care of the cats of people who went on holidays, or who had to go to the hospital and from the earnings the organisation helped homeless cats, strays, sick and pregnant cats and nurtured them and found them a new furrever home.
Granny started this blog in 2011 as Angelswhisper. Angel was Granny’s soulmate-cat. He left our planet in 2008, but he never really left. He’s the Angel who Whispers in Granny’s ears 😉

Binky, I just had to say how wonderful it is that you found a wonderful home twice over, with mom and then Granny. I was lucky too and think we that have come from the streets are doubly blessed, and give so much more to those that love us back. I will share my story with you one day soon my friend, till then enjoy life and get better and stay well.

It was a hard time for my Mum too, Siddhartha Henry, but now they’re all fine. When my Mum finally got a house of her own again, I told Granny that I wanted to stay with her and Grandpa, without all the disturbance of my two-feet siblings and Granny told my Mum that it was better that I stay with her and Grandpa to find peace 🙂

Thank you for stopping by my blog and liking the picture of my dog’s paw. I think you would be happy to know the dog in the picture (her name is Sugar) doesn’t seem to know cats are any different than dogs. She has met several cats (she is 1 1/2) and just sniffs and goes about her business! She also chose our family. She walked right up to my partner (malnutrition, dehydrated, fleas) and asked politely to join our family!

Mum waz wurried so much bout e she still gave me da meddycashun…she had distilled it propurr..it did smell different butt da company had changed how dey made da liquid so she figurred it waz just a different smell fer no reeson…til me had seezurez…
Mum waz neber da same again. She will not trust diz meddysin anymore…poor Mum….

Phankz Binky we tried da Home-ee-o-pathick way back in 2010 in sum fingz went bery bad…me got tainted meddycashun n me almost died..me had seezurez n Mum went to peecez…she will not touch diz stuff now. Plus me not take medz oral like by meself. Me haz to be reestrained n given medz dat way or injeckshunz…me iz what iz called ‘non-compliant’…which meenz me fightz like a ‘cougar’~~RRRAAWWWRRRR to not bee treeted….butt phank yer Grannie fer me anyway…Her purrayerz n support werk so guud!

That must have been horrible, Nylablue. We’ve never heard about something like that in 21 years of experiences Homeopathy nor from other Homeopaths. Tell you what, I’m kinda non-compliant myself…hehehe. Your story is similar to our Olde Tiger who was a kitten from rescued feral down the block. Wisely Olde Tiger realized that family had all it would handle and selected my daughter. Olde Tiger ruled the inner and outer realms (even venturing into the pastures nearby until they became homes) – but he declined the invitation to move into an apartment without views. He did agree to move indoors when we moved…there were nice sunny windows. After 17 years, he was weary and gently went on. But I hear him padding softly behind me down the hall sometimes – or catch a glimpse. He’s still keeping an eye on us….and knows RC Cat needs a bit of a nudge once in a while.
