It’s hot in our Country…
30°C/86F
and it’s getting hotter…
🌞finally Summer🌞
and we had a lot to do in the garden…
effurrything had to be cleaned…
and Granny had to chaperone us
effurry day…
…and still…
so that she was sure that Stippie
stayed in the garden…
*mumbles*
and that I stay away from the (bumble) bees
and not try to eat them…🙀
but don’t be afraid
I already learned my lesson
and won’t ever touch them again…🐝
but Stippie still likes to hang out
on higher grounds…
while we make sure
that he doesn’t hurt himself
…or a birdie…
but that little pirate
of course had to see if he could climb the roof
from out of the apple tree…
but because Granny is with us
all the time…
she helped him to get out of it…
…a few times…
and she found a solution also
for that problem…
not that it worked on the apple tree…
but on the Bride it certainly does
as there’s another pot hanging on the other side
of the tree…
at least he can’t jump over the fence anymore…
the cubes do their work purrfectly…
and besides
there’s no angel-pot standing close anymore…
so effurrybody who was still worried
for another outbreak
after reading our last postie…
don’t worry anymore
…it’s impossible…
Stippie only shows up there
when Granny is leading the flowers
and he likes to watch her
and her work from nearby…
…face to face…😹

with each other…

Mama wrapped a piece of green semi-flexible fencing around our big tree and it’s impossible to climp it as there is a little collar of green that bends outward…no way, Jose.

Life is one big adventure about finding one’s feet. Thankfully you have an awesome family to help and a very safe world to call your own and enjoy. Your pictures as a pirate in the tree made us smile. Getting up is oft far easier than finding one’s way back, no matter how obvious it might seem.

You two sure know how to give your Granny anxiety issues….even though you are cute…if you don’t learn to stay in your own wonderful yard it will end all the outdoor fun…did you hear that, Stippie??
Good thing all the new barriers/thwarts to climbing are helping.
It was summertime here, last week, but today we didn’t get above 20C, here. And yes we are thankful that the clouds dropped some much needed rain on us.

I’m so happy that Granny is ALWAYS with you in your garden so you can learn about the plants and learn where you should and should NOT climb……AND it’s always nice to have company too! My Mom and Dad or sometimes just one of them is ALWAYS with me when I’m outside. I fall asleep in the grass sometimes or under a bush and they sit there with me until I wake up. That’s the BEST to know you have a “Guardian Granny” keeping an eye on you all the time so you’re safe!! We think your poem was really fabulous – it made Mom giggle (that’s a good thing!)…….isn’t writing poetry for a photo a fun thing to do? We sure think so. You boys be good now……..and I will too!

Granny has a LOT of patience to teach you all the safety rules of the garden (especially when you are listening just “some of the time.”) It is so beautiful out there, we are happy you can all enjoy it together.
