Hi (Furry)furriends💗

Stippie…
look what we got
from Grandpaw…

…a papurr basket…

that you can smell…

scratch…

and watch it move…
like a harmonica
…with your paw…

don’t be afraid Stippie…

I know you have to see
how things are going
first…

and that you don’t like the noise
that I’m it’s making…

but it’s fun…

and it de-stresses me you
whenever it’s necessary…

you also can turn around in it
a hundred times…
possibly to catch that tail
…that’s right behind you…

but you have to explore it

from nearby…

I’m not sure if that’s my cup of tea
Peachy…

I’m not so into papurr…

and I don’t like to see it moving…

I like my plastic fantastic boat…

with which I can row…

and float on
without even moving…
…see…

…wait…🔔
this reminds me that
we have to make a poem
for our furriends
Angel Sammy and Teddy
on this picture…

“Wherever you want to go
always row with the flow
don’t be afraid of stormy seas
just have faith in your beliefs
we all go together
through all kinds of weather
but even in tough times
we can have a lot of pleasure.”

We’re
T H A N K F U L
for the new basket
that Grandpaw bought for us…

Granny is
T H A N K F U L
for her Virburnum
that brought some color
and delicious smells
into the garden…

…and the first Bumble Bee…
that Peachy chased and hit
with his paw yesterday…
so that he was very confused…
and when Granny picked him up
and held him in her hands
he didn’t want to leave her…
so she had to watch him shrink
in her hands…
and thought that this was his end…
and she was very sad about that…😿
and we heard her say
‘I’m so sorry, so sorry
little Bumble Bee’

(ps this is just a Stand-In… to picture it)
but when she placed him in a plant pot
in our front garden
with picked Virbirnum flowers
which she placed next to him…
he started walking
and made his way out of the pot
and sat down on the edge for a while…
and later when she went out to see
how he was doing
…he was gone…

So maybe he survived after all🙏
…he’ll let us know…
✨they always do✨
⚓📚Have a Happy Furriday my furriends📚⚓

That’s a pretty cool paper boat! So glad the bumble bee recovered to fly away to pollinate another day. Beautiful spring pics.

That is a great scratcher, Peachy, and I love your boat Stippie! The blooms are beautiful and springy, and I love the poem.😻

We are glad to see you two having such fun with your new toys. And We love your poem.
Granny’s flowers are always beautiful. And last, but not least – We are glad the bee apparently survived. Bees are furry impawtant to the environment, Mummy says.

Baskets and boats and all sorts of things for you kitties to play with 🙂

That is a nice new scratcher. Great job on the poem. And beautiful blooms. XO

it appears that company that makes that “basket” took my advice! I was sent that “basket” at least a year ago (a MUCH smaller version), it was so small in fact that I told them I refused to review it!!!! I told them it was ridiculous being that small…….how large are your kitties? That basket looks at least 2 to 3 times the size of what they sent to me. I threw mine out I was so disgusted!

We like the new basket and Stippy’s boat too. Purrs for taking good care of the bumblebee. All bees are valuable !

What a fun post! New playthings, poetry, nature, wonderful.
You did just fine writing on my dedicated Feline Friday page, although you can also click the header and see today’s featured feline.
Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday!

Be careful, Peachy! Try not to put the smacky on a little bee. You know Granny loves all creatures.
Love and licks,
Cupcake

What a lovely basket, you can probably use it for your nails too. Thomas has something like that for his nails and he loved it. Enjoy Peachy and do chase your tail, that is always fun. Spring is definitely coming. Love your pictures.
Have a great day my lovelies 🙂

What a pawsome boat and scratcher!
Mar 01, 2024 @ 17:08:43
Peachy and Stippie you lived through quite some adventures again.
Amazing that blooming viburnum this early and no wonder it attracts bumble bees.
Glad it recovered as they are soft and sweet.
Big hugs and enjoy the new paper toy!

Your Grandpaw is a cool due; giving you coolio stuff!
Kitties: be nice to bees, m’kay?
Mar 01, 2024 @ 13:43:07
a scratching basket! Grandpaw did well 🙂
Mar 01, 2024 @ 13:09:48
we hope the bumble bees will wait a little till we have real spring and then they are safe and sound…
Mar 01, 2024 @ 12:51:48
You both have two new wonderful toys! I like seeing you explore them; and Stippy, I bet you can row reallllly fast with those oars. Peachy, catch that tail!!! Now about Mr Bumblebee, my mom loves bees very much and has not done a few things outside out of trying not to disturb them. You didn’t know playing with him would cause him a trouble but now you know. Your Granny took excellent care of him. He must have indeed flown away.
Mar 01, 2024 @ 11:51:36
Well boys that’s quite a “boat” you have – I guess it’s a combination “nest” and scratcher?? It’s interesting and quite pretty really. Maybe in time BOTH of you will enjoy it. Meanwhile Stippie we can’t blame you for wanting to stay with your boat – it fits you purrrrrfectly! As for Mr. Bee (or Ms. Bee) that got a paw-smack (accidentally or on purpose) it sounds like it might have been a bit “stunned” but recovered and flew away. YAY! Your poem is absolutely WONDERFUL and you boys and your Granny did an amazing job as always.
Hugs and kisses, Teddy AND Mom
