and New Year…
…well…
we had too…
I was very chill…
on New Year’s Eve…
after Granny gave me
Bach Rescue Remedy…
I was hanging out on Granny’s lap…
almost the rest of the evening…
like I usually do
on New Year’s Eve…
but I was very frightened earlier
because
some stoopid neighbours
were throwing illegal firecrackers
on the street during the day…
that sounded like real bombs…
and that really scared me us…
so I was near to Granny
all the time…
watching bird tv together…
and drinking mew wine…
in a nostalgic catmosphere…
with gospel music…
…extra loud…
from our purrivate choir…
then we looked…
at all the snails cards…
we had received…
and all the e-cards…
and purrsonal wishes…

and they
let me feel very special
and appreciated…
in the catmosphere…
and then we had a little flash back…
from our Christmas days…
while the house was crowded….
with family…
and they were eating and sleeping
…from rise to fall…
I sat under the table…
watching them the whole time…
but then I remembered
Granny’s words…
what she told me before the house
would get crowded…
“…this is your house too…”
so I came from under the table…
into the light…
and went to my big two-feet brother…
and sat on his lap
for quite some time…
and let me pet by him…
and also by my little two-feet brother…
except by the youngest bitchster two-feet sister…
she was much to pushy…
and I slept next to my auntie…
who was sitting lying on the couch
the whole evening…
in MY corner…
well…
at least she kept it warm for me
for the night…
Granny is very purroud of me
that I was socializing so well…
even if I was sometimes
half out…
and half in…
well…
who ever said that a sweet sixteen
couldn’t socialize anymore
after a certain age
was definetely wrong…
as I was just purroving the opposite…

I’m watching the Three Wise Man…
…but of course…
I can do a Selfie
for my furriends…

just in case they don’t remember me…
and wish them the best of everything
for the New Year…
