That’s okay, Granny…
I can do that…
I feel a lot better
today…
…and I want to let
them know…
why they haven’t seen me
in the last few days…
…just in case they have
missed me…
We had a major heatwave in our Country
more than 35°C = around 95F
and that made me very sick
after a couple of days…
I didn’t want to eat
nor drink…
…I only wanted to sleep…
and when I saw my food
it brought me out in a rash…
…on both sides of my body…
well…
as a matter of speaking…
So I had to take a remedy…
and that made me drink again…
but I still refused to eat…
Granny even bought
roastbeef…
…my favourite food…
and I looked at it
as if she wanted to poison me…
so I had to take another remedy…
…and we stood ‘stand by’
to go to the vet’s
if I didn’t impurroved…
but then a miracle happened…
and I started to eat…
not much…
but enough to feel
…a bit of my old self again…
Granny was so relieved…
that she made a picture of it…
but now enough talking
about me…
I have to show you
something…
that my furriend Basil…
…& Co…
has send me
…just before I got sick…
because I was the winner
of his Birthday challenge…
an epically epic box…
full of epically…
…licking chops goodies…
with nipballs..
YUMMY…
that really tastes good…
I have to smell that…
again…
and again…
…hmmm…
I wonder what he put inside of it…
this just isn’t nip like The Nip
that I weed…
this one is real….
…fishy…
…see…
…I knew it!
It really makes me…
…nip headed…
YEEHAW!
I had to check on …
…my own pillow first…
to notice the difference
of flavour…
before I got back…
to check out what more there was…
in the box…
look at all those goodies…
…so much
that I can’t hardly express
how thankful I am…
I think by wearing the head…
…in the middle of the heatwave…
and a deep bow…
Basil will know
how thankful I am…we are…
