Hi (Furry)furriends🐞

…Granny and Faye

look what we have

here…

…where…

I don’t see no birdie…

and no critters too…

Oh

but I see baby flowers

down here…

that’s why Granny

didn’t filled up Angel’s Place

with new soil

…yet…

but doesn’t it look beautiful

with all the blue

…Forget-Me-Nots…

that spread themselves

around Angel Stippie’s Place…

and what a most wonderful sign

he gave us again

just when we sat here…

…the moment Granny told him

how beautiful the flowers are…

and how special they have

arranged themselves this year…

with the pink ones in the middle…

a LadyBug climbed up

on the stem of the bell…

and sat there for a little while

in response of what Granny said…

and then he jumped on the Angel…

to make sure

that Granny knew

who sent him…

which she already knew…

the moment when the LadyBug

appeared…

there are also LadyBugs

in Angel Binky’s Place…

…see…

…yeah…

I can see them Peachy…

I have never seen them

before…

that’s because you weren’t born yet

…Oh I see…

so that makes that

not only Granny is very

T H A N K F U L

today

but me too😺

we have to skip the poem

for today…

we’re running out of time

we had to do a lot of papurr work

including the taxes🙄

we’re sorry we haven’t visited

hardly anyone this week…

Thankful Poetic Thursday

Hi (Furry)furriends😻

Granny

have you finished pruning

the catnip…

the smell comes all the way

to here…

…and here Peachy…

as if the garden

is surrounded with it…

that’s the second basket

full of old nip…

come closer Faye…

it smells a lot better

when you’re in the middle of it

…MOL…

it sure does Peachy…

and I can see all the creatures

better now…

…see…

it’s teeming with species

that have protected themselves

against winter…

…and there are a lot of

Lady Bugs here too…

they all lived under the catnip…

but I have more eyes for other species…

and so much easier to catch now…🙊

okay Granny

I’m going…

there are enough other species

to find here too…

where you’re going Peachy…

just checking on the hydrangea…

that Granny hasn’t pruned yet…

but it’s about time…

as far as I can see…

…Granny does her best…

she only has two ~~paws~~ hands you know….

and it’s only the second day

that we have beautiful weather…

…yes I know…

but there’s so much more to do…

but every little piece we can do today

we don’t have to do anymore tomorrow

…says Granny…

now look at that..

our first Bumble Bee…

and he made furriends with

the Lady Bug…

and now look at him…

he’s protecting his family

to be…

from the two buzzards

that ~~meowing~~ flying over

~~the Cuckoo’s Nest~~ our house

the whole time…

come Faye…

we have a lot more to do

today…

like telling our furriends

where we’re

T H A N K F U L

for…

the most beautiful weather

the last few days…

it was 19℃/66℉ in our country…

today we have some heavy winds

but it’s still wonderful weather

to stay out in the garden…

and open doors😸

so we can go in and out

whenever we want…

Granny is also very

T H A N K F U L

that I come inside for the litter…🎉

she’s so purroud of me…

and I…well…

I like to make her happy…

so it wasn’t really a big deal…MOL…

and the other day

…when she was looking in her cookbook

for a recipe for dinner…

she was very astonished

when she stood up from her chair

and saw the rose lying next to her…

…it was Angel Binky’s rose…

…but of course we got all her legacies

that are pierced now

by yours sincerely…MOL😸

…nevertheless…

Granny felt a deep connection

the same moment she found it…

it was like Angel Binky sent it

through ~~my teeth~~ me…

talking about Angel Binky…

we have to do a poem

for our furriends

Angel Sammy and Teddy

we made it through life

sometimes it was easy

sometimes a strife

but always forward

or two steps back

when we had to find out

Granny

can we go and pick up that kid now…

I’m fully prepurred…

and I have prepurred effurrything

so that she can feel at home quickly…

SAY WHAT!🙀😾

they gave her away to someone else…

…how could they…

there were enough other kitties

from which the people could choose…

why they gave away our kitty…

…as if we weren’t sad enough

already…

what?

our Angels led us to another kitty…

…two and a half hours drive from here…

…no way…

I better stay here

and wait for you…

Oh, no Granny and Grandpaw…

…what’s that…Gremlin…

why isn’t she any bigger…

…because the bigger ones

didn’t matched with me

and some were with two

so I would be the third wheel maybe…

…but the most needed a home

without cats…

so when Granny saw this little one

…by chance…

because she was just cancelled by someone else…

she knew that this was the kitty

who wanted to be with us…

and when they went to get her

she was the only one

who settled into her arms

…immediately…

and licked her finger…

so Granny knew

that she was sent🪄

…hi five Peachy…

…I’m Faye…

I was born on April 10th…

and I like to eat, sleep and play….

and eat, sleep and play more…

I like ribbons…

and I like to jump…

…a lot…

doesn’t that sound familiar…🥰

…well…

that’s enough Faye…

better get back into your carrier…

and return to sender…

that this little creature

found us…

and gives some joy back

to our home…

I still have to get used to her

and she likes to be boss…

but we kiss each other

when we accidentally meet…

and today we played a little together

…for the first time…

since she came here

on the second Day of Pentecost…

I even don’t mind her anymore

following me constantly…

I’m back on my tower

because ~~I let her~~ she took over for a few days

but this Emperor strikes back

after Granny made me a Bach Remedy Mix💪

we’re also very very

T H A N K F U L

for the signs

my little bro sent us…

the first one was of a Lady Bug

who flew out of the sleeve

of Granny’s dressing gown

when she was in the kitchen….

and the next day

we found

a Larve of a Lady Bug

in our bed…

that Granny put outside on the Butterfly bush…

we knew that it was of our Angel Stippie

because Granny called him

Kapoentje and Kleine Kapoen

sometimes

which is another name

for Lady Bug in Dutch…🐞

We also want to Thank You all

…again…

we tried to get through all your messages

yesterday…

but then Granny was so sad again

that she couldn’t bring herself

to thank you purrsonally…

we try to be around more

but we’re so tired

…well..

you know why…😿

Time for outings

We have beautiful weather

so we had to help Granny

in the garden…

…it is still cold…

but with the sun

it feels like summer…

and all the flower bulbs

that we planted a few weeks ago…

are rising…

you have to come closer…

to see for yourself…

…see…

there they are…

stop biting me Stippie…

I can’t help

that you are smaller than me…

…come…

let’s see what more

is going on in the garden…

maybe there are some critters

in the grass…

Granny must cut the catnip…

it looks like a big nest…

and look at this one

is all over the path…

when we let is be

like it is…

we’re sure all the big birds

think it’s theirs…

and this fountain

needs a cleaning…

we’re not allowed to drink this…

hey…

don’t do that, Stippie…

this is serious investigation…

let’s see what else we can do now

in the garden…

look…

there are flowers…

in Angel’s Place…

just a few…

but better one than nothing

right…

and there’s a Lady Bug…

the first one woke up today…

wait just a minute

I smell old

and new catnip…

Granny cut it all

and I can see the path again…

…still a lot to do in the garden…

but when we work a little bit

effurry day

it will be ready before Summer

at least🙏

Happy Effurryday

Hi (Furry)furriends💗

Allthough it was almost

40℃ (104F) in our garden

last week…

we always found the best places

to hang out together…

…in the shades

where it was a little bit cooler…

…still to hot with more than 30℃ though…

but with a little wind

blowing over our tummies

and without moving

we were able

to manage it all…

from here we also could see

all the ~~fairies~~ creatures

that help us in the garden…

like another new born Lady Bug…

who eats a lot of the lice

that were hanging in our Fallopia plant…

so that she can change into a big LadyBug…

…just like her mom…

and there’s our new member of the ~~family~~ garden…

our Leopard Slug…

…there’s a story behind this one…

so sit back

and listen to this…

Granny found him the 14th of July…

and when she saw him

she picked him up

…seperate from the other slugs and snails

that she collects effurry day…

to bring them into the front garden…

but I told her

that she had to leave him in our backyard

because he helps us with the other slugs…

…and even cleans up

the garden…

so she ran to the front garden

but couldn’t find him anymore…

he’s faster than the other slugs

…that’s why he’s called Leopard and not Sluggy…

and when she came back she stepped

accidentally on another one…

who was just a little one…

he was eating on the greens

that came out of the stones…

first she thought that he was still alive…

and picked him up to do a little check on him…

unfortuantely he didn’t survive…

and Granny buried him in Angel’s Place

…while telling him how sorry she was

that she didn’t saw him…

since that day she hasn’t seen another

Leopard Slug

…until two weeks later…

when this one showed up…

and a day later another one…

so now she’s very excited

that they came back to help her too

with the other slugs and snails

in the garden…🧙‍♀️

and also the one and only Bumble Bee

keeps helping her

pollunate the flowers…

so that they can grow again…

…at least trying a lot…

to get shining again…

after the slugs and snails attacked them…

and now effurrything…

and effurryone

is waiting…

for more…

flowers…

and we have lone rangers too…

and stand-in-the-wayers…

and a lot of spiders…

and we’re happy with them all…

and with another message

that Little Binky left again…

and because we didn’t listen

she sent us another one

…the next day…

she leaves us a lot of messages

lately…

Granny says

because we think of her very much

she wants us to know

that she’s still around…✨

and we got a message of the weather girl…

telling us

that the temperature is dropping

and the rain is coming…

…again…

…see…

…we haven’t said to much huh…
