Hi (Furry)furriends,
My furriend Bacon
asks us what we have in the house
that is older than Granny….
or Grandpa…
So while I’m taking
some sun…
Granny we found something
that is very old….
This old box…
handmade
and propably made of teak tree…
has been made somewhere at 1930..
or a little later…
Look at the drapery…
isn’t it beautiful….
Granny’s Grandma gave it to her
a very long time ago…
she doesn’t remember exactly
how long,
but she knows she’s saving
her witchcraft cards in it since 1983….
Granny’s Grandma has got the box
from her mother-in-law
and they used it as a sewing-box…
as far as we can remember…. 😀
So that means
that the box is about 85 years….
almost antique…
not that it does not show..MOL 😀

What a cool looking box Binky. You could put your mice in there but it would be hard opening and closing the lid…no forget that idea. It looks valuable.
