My Aunt Marion (born in 1916) cross-stitched that saying in a sampler when she was a girl and it hung in my Grampa’s living room. Even as a kid, I was impressed with the calmness of that thought.

We planted lots of bulbs too ( although we had to wait till the girls were all asleep as they love “helping” in the garden ) and so far we’ve had daffodils and crocuses. Love your pot cat Binky and I am sure your bulbs will be beautiful too! 😺💕xxx

Absolutely lovely! Love everything about your beautiful garden. I would make my garden look pretty much like yours if I had one. But we have a lovely view of a garden right in front of our noses though, from our balcony.
