Hi (Furry)furriends💗
♪♫♪Oh, what a beautiful morning…♪♫♪
to start my blog
with my favourite subject
of today’s
blog hop…
“Flowers and Gardens”
…thanks to co-hostess of the month Cynthia…
so let’s start right away
and see where my imagination inspiration
takes me…
look what we have over there…
The Rose
Bette Midler (1980)
and another one shines toward me…
and blinks me in the eyes…
…see…
and here in Angel’s Place…
Granny…
that does look like a
Rose Garden
Lynn Anderson (1970)
and the smell…
Do you smell them…?
Looks like it’s going to be a
Good Year for the Roses
Elvis Costellos and the Attractions (1981)
let’s see what we have on the other side…
A trio
of Passion flowers…
The Diamonds (1959)
and here they’re mixed with the Clematis…
I hope they survive the overgrowth of the Passion flower…
Dead Flowers – Rolling Stones (1971)
Now
just take a while and listen…
to…
The
sound
of
Silence
Simon and Garfunkel (1964)
and then let’s have a
Garden Pawty
Rick Nelson (1972)
are you coming?
🎵🎶🌹Have a flowerful Monday my furriends🌹🎵🎶

Binky,
You have the prettiest garden to visit every day. That’s gotta be awfully nice! I’d love to have a special sanctuary like yours to get away to just to enjoy beautiful sunny days in a well shaded place of course. Your song picks were spot on for this week’s theme. Bette Midler’s “The Rose” is a great choice. Looking through the assortment of flowers in your garden, I have to ask what is the blue one that looks a bit like a snow flake pictured just above the ant holding a thermometer? It’s great having you on the dance floor, little furriend. You and Granny take care now. Sending hugs your way!!

Thank you, CK💗That’s a Black Cumin flower (Lat. NigellaSativa) above the Ant who plays the mewsic…Bass on the thermometer..MOL…Pawkisses for a Happy Day🐾😽💞

Such a beautiful garden (especially the passion flowers!) and you picked purrfect songs to go with your owners’ flowers. The flowers have their own songs, too. I enjoyed your concert, especially The Diamonds and Garden Party, and I thank you!

Your Rose with yellow mixed in it is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Oh my goodness I cannot believe I forgot the song, “The Rose” by Bette Midler. Great choice my friend. I loved hearing it again. Elvis Costellos’ tune I don’t think I’ve ever heard before, but it’s so pretty. I don’t think I ever heard The Diamonds tune ever before either or The Rolling Stones tune either. Sheesh, where have I been living under a rock!?! hahaha Simon & Garfunkel great tune along with our own Ricky Nelson. What a handsome guy! Great job my friend and I loved all your pics with your pretty kitty. Thanks for the dance! Happy Memorial Day. Have a great day! hugs
