Lots of birdies around there. Hope you didn’t help that baby to heaven! Winter is upon us now. I’ll keep on visiting you to see you nice and warm in the summer sun. High paws and no licks because we still stay safe.

Not sure that is a sparrow, (mus), its beak is very narrow and long, so it seems to be an insect eater, sparrows have broader beaks to crack open the seeds they eat. I found my book, but this little one is hard to identify…but he/she sure is singing its heart out! (Or begging for something to eat from mommy or daddy bird…)

Maybe it’s a Winterkoninkje, they also fly around here. Granny asked the Vogelbescherming on Fb, but they haven’t answered yet, they probably start working tomorrow again, so then we’ll know for sure. We like that you have so much knowledge on birdies. We love watching live birdie TV too. We have a fountain in the front of our house and the birds love to come and get a drink and take a bath. It’s great entertainment for us.
