I tried to comment last night but lost internet just as I started, so that is the three things, loss of electric, water and then internet. Let us hope that is all! Luckily I was able to copy and save my comment for today.
You chose a lot of my favourite songs, Little Binky. I am relieved that the storms are gone now, although we do still have very strong wind.
We were without water for 24 hours because a fallen tree broke the pipeline. I think that was worse than the power cut. Luckily I always keep 10L of bottled drinking for emergencies. We had to go to a friend in the village for water for washing and for flushing the toilet. The water is back now but very cloudy. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow. (There is a slight improvement but still cloudy.)
