Hi (Furry)furriends💗

No Granny
I can’t get up there anymore…

you made all that restrictions
with hanging baskets
lavender brooms
a.s.o.

so it’s impossible to get up there…
except for ghosts maybe👻

and Stippie
who finds a way anyway…
not that he gets that high as me😹

we had a busy week with all that harvesting
of the grapes…
but we were very disappointed
when we saw that there were so many rotten again…

only three times of these amounts were over to eat…
so next year we’re going to harvest
a month earlier…

and we had triple of these apples also…

that’s still a lot to eat for all of us…

except for the ones
that were inhabited…😹
We’re very
T H A N K F U L
for all the delicious fruit
…that’s for sure…

and for my second self-caught-mousie this year…

Granny was in time
and burried him under One flower…
so we wouldn’t play with his corps
or …even worse… eat him…🙈

And we found One Grasshopper…
he was so big
that Grandpaw had to catch him
and put him in the front garden…
just focus on the picture
he’s in there…honest🦗
we also made a puzzle of him
so don’t forget to put the pieces together again…😸

we’re a great team…
Stippie and me…

I catch them…

and Stippie watches is on the lookout
to make sure
they don’t run away…

and he makes sure
that they stop after hearing his SOL…🙉

What?
Oh, yes, we can do that, Stippie…

We’re also
T H A N K F U L
for the Only Rose
that stood in the garden with pride
and dignity…

and the One and Only Clematis flower
who was just hanging in there
to stay as long as she could…
before the wind blew her away…

and the One and Only flower
on our Butterfly Bush…

for the One and Only Butterfly
who is still around…

also the One and Only
White Petunia…

as well as the other Pink One…

and the One and Only Garden helper…
who was working so hard
that he was broken…
but still in tact…🙏

Thank Cat another helper was already on his way
to replace him🙊

and we had a little visit of our furriend
the LadyBug…
before effurrything was blowing away
by the wind and rain…
that was full of sand btw…
Granny’s car knows effurrything about it…🙀

and we’re
T H A N K F U L
for the New Moon
that we could see clearly today
…for the first time in months…

and our pruned Bride
who’s showing her big heart

in full glory now…

and the One Feather
that was send by an Angel…💞
and as it is 15 years ago today
that our brother Angel
has left our planet
we know he sent it to us…

so we put extra flowers in Angel’s Place
to remember him today…
…like we always do…

Hey Peachy…
how about doing our poem
for our furriends Angel Sammy and Teddy now…
…on this picture…

“Don’t worry Granny
we make it fit
it’s just the car
that doesn’t give in
for a bit
it needs a little magic touch
because after all
it’s a little to much
to carry on that mattress
but one thing is for sure
it won’t get through the door
so if you see things
not as the way they are
better get yourself
another car
but for now we have to try
until it’s done
and purraise ourselves lucky
that it is only One.”

Hey Stippie…
let’s create also some artwork
for our furriends Athena and Mary…
and include a puzzle for the occassion…
and how about some mewsic
even if it’s just
…One Song…
while thinking of all our (Furry)furriends
who live on in another dimension now…
✨unseen but still close to us✨

before we finish this postie…

I love your grapes. Most impressive. We just can’t grow them here. Your garden is beautiful and I adore your helpers (who I try hard NOT to stand on as much as I can!)

Oh my gosh, that feather cloud is beyond amazing! Sorry your grapes weren’t up to your standards but you can never have too many apples-that’s why God made pies. 🥧

Lulu: “We had no idea snails were such hard workers! We have many of them here and a lot of the time they accidentally get stepped on. Occupational hazard when you are a snail I guess.”
Chaplin: “That sure is a lot of grapes! Time to make jelly!”
Charlee: “We have had a good fig harvest this year, and Dada picked a bunch of persimmons even though they’re not quite ripe yet because otherwise the squirrels and coyotes are going to take them all. They eat the persimmons when they’re green. Yuck!!!”

Sending hugs to Granny as she remembers Angel. I love the feather cloud, what a beautiful sign from above. Good job on the poem. Very pretty art. Thank you for the puzzle. XO

Your garden and the sky above it have SO MANY one-of-a-kind happenings. The feather is a work of art. And we love how even the climbing barricades (in case of naughty behavior) are also just beautiful and don’t seem like barricades at all. Just like another pretty part of the nature in the garden. Have a lovely day, frens. xoxo
Love and licks,
Cupcake

It’s fun to share in on your harvests, even if only in pictures.

Your garden is still lovely even with winter on the way. The feather in the clouds is a beautiful sign from your Angel. I am sorry so many grapes rotted. Hopefully next year will be better.
Oct 15, 2023 @ 19:18:09
Wow, a lot of ground covered in today’s post!
Maybe next year there will be more yummy grapes and apples…
Your selfie made us giggle!!
Petcretary says thank you for the puzzles!
Oct 15, 2023 @ 18:54:31
the picture that you used for the puzzle is my favorite! Love the barricades that Granny put up lol. I bet some kitty will try and figure out a way around it! Did the mattress ever make it into the car? Have a most pawesome day! xoxo

I love your garden, your grapes are just amazing. We got some but htey were quite small, but it is only the first year, so we will be patient.
Even though it is colder, it is still lovely in the garden when it does not rain.
Have a lovely week ahead.
Oct 15, 2023 @ 18:37:22
Lots of stuff in this post. We love your garden and that’s a great Selfie (MOL)
Oct 15, 2023 @ 17:39:19
Such a beautiful garden, even as it slowly fades away to the new season ahead … tended by sweet kitties, natures little buggers hiding here and there, and loving hands. A warm the heart posting, thank you ~
Oct 15, 2023 @ 16:48:22
Peachy, you are a great hunter!
Oct 15, 2023 @ 16:28:30
Your garden sure looks beautiful, Peachy and Stippie. What a harvest, though we’re sorry so many of the grapes were rotten. You two are such a good team, and we love that photo of you two, with Stippie’s arm around you, Peachy. XO
Oct 15, 2023 @ 14:30:58
Boys, as always I loved all your pictures, and seeing your adventures as well as reading about them! Mom said she couldn’t imagine having grapes at her own home! She would cut herself fortunate indeed if she did! And apples too? Boys, you brought a good harvest with your own sweetness. And yes, we all of us will have to bid goodbye to our flowers and some of the other things. Concatulations on catching your mousie!! I haven’t caught one this year but I have caught them before.
Oct 15, 2023 @ 14:24:40
Sounds like things are almost ready for winter. You two are so cute together!
Oct 15, 2023 @ 14:08:10
What a lovely garden you have – and yes, you two really do make a great team!
Oct 15, 2023 @ 10:50:25
Always lovely to read about your garden adventures!
Oct 15, 2023 @ 10:05:58
Boys! What a great post – so many wonderful photos of you and your pretty garden…..maybe next years’ harvest will be better but the grapes DO look delicious. Congratulations on getting the mousie – you are great hunters. My favorite photo is the one of the sky and the beautiful white feather there – a message of love. Your poem is fun and funny too!!!!
Hugs and love, Teddy
