Hi (Furry)furriends💗
Stippie, is she coming?
not yet…
you know why you are grounded…
so you better behave yourself…
while I wait here…
until Granny finished
with her garden activities…
that she has to do
because of you…
you did it first, Stippie…
she had to fix the gate at Easter
when our twofeet family were here…
…remember…
that was different…
…in a way…
Granny said it wasn’t…
we’re copy cats…
so what one does
the other wants to do too…
that’s true…
but she also saw it coming…
she already could picture it…
but she got the wrong picture…
because it wasn’t me
who climbed the raised bed…
and while she thought
that you always loved to hang out in it…
…just like Angel Binky…
you were just making plans…
how to break out of it…🙀
so after you made your entrance
at the front door…🙈
she filled the raised bed with
effurrything
that she could find to keep you
err…grounded…
but it didn’t kept you
from trying again…
so she bought a parasol…
that didn’t worked either…
because she had to pull you back…
when she saw your behiny hanging out
while you squeezed yourself through it
at all costs…
so Grandpaw had to stabilized it
and we finally had a little rest again…
until the next day…
when the storm set in…
you know the parasol had to remain open
but wind and open parasols are not an option…
so the wind blew the parasol into the air…
and Granny had to hold it back
with all her strenghts…
yeah I’ve seen her struggling
on her own…
she couldn’t reach out to anyone
because she couldn’t let go of the parasol…
and it was very cold…
so her hands were frozen and stiff…
but she had to get inside to find a tool
to loosen a few tyraps…
and when the wind finally abated
…after 35 minutes…⏱
frozen Granny run inside for the tools…
and with her last strenghts
she could finally cut the tyraps
and take off the umbrella…
…and then the storm set in again…
…the next day she was in the garden
the whole day…
thank cat with better weather…
still cold…
but without that ice cold wind…
she emptied the raised bed
so Grandpaw could move it to the front garden…
and now there’s only the table
to sit on…
and a small opening
to watch effurrything
that comes and goes there…
and when we still want to break out
she will close it too…
but for now
peace is here again…
after three very hectic days…
so we can make a poem
for our furriends
Angel Sammy and Teddy

for a little swim
with the family
all in
after all the rain
we can play a game
on the beach near the habor
and dive into the water
because it looks nice and clean
as it’s the only one
we’ve ever seen
there’s also a Waterway nearby
who can colour our skin
to beautify
so be there in time
if your want a little body crime.”

for all the work Granny had
to keep us safe in the garden…

…and that she is thawed
in effurry way…🙊

Dear sweet little daredevils! You certainly have proven that nothing can stop you when you set your mind to it including escape attempts no matter WHAT Granny has done to stop you! Cats have a lot of curiosity and they climb anything to get a better view BUT maybe Granny has removed all “assistance” for your explorations and you will have to stay in your backyard. Granny did a LOT of work to keep you safe so please be good boys and just enjoy the privilege of being outside without trying to go over the fence. You don’t want to worry Granny and Grandpaw right? Right!!!!!
