We finally have Summer
since last Monday…
with a lot of sun…
and temperatures in our garden
that rose up to 40℃ (104F)…
that we totally enjoy
on our furs…
but we thought of effurryone
who don’t like it so summerly warm…
and brought in
a little cool down for all of you…
can you feel it?
we have to follow the sun
because it’s to cold for us…
are you coming, Peachy…
my paws almost freeze off…
but there’s the sun…
to keep us warm
a little…
maybe we can climb a little too, Stippie…
…see…
a little warm up first…
and all paws up…
to get the frost out of them…
it’s better we go back to reality now…
as we had enough
of that cool down
for today…
and now that we’re back
…in the here and now…
we can share some picture fails
for our furriends…

Isn’t it funny how when its hot like that, we want to have winter, but when it’s so cold, and there is a ton of snow, then we wish for summer, aren’t we a fickle bunch?? LOL!
We have not only hot here, but high humidity, het is erg Broeierig. Zo akelig!
At least we are not in the danger zone of that Debby storm.

MOL, for a few moments, We thought it really was snowing where you are!It’s unbearably hot at present, but that’s better than freezing cold, We think.

Mom loves the cold. I wish I knew what made her that way! She gets out there and doesn’t come back till she has a zillion steps counted on her watch & Phone. Stippie, you were VERY hard to see in the cool pictures! Your spots helped Mom out.

Haha Peachy and Stippie, tell your Granny that she is cheating BIG time by placing the thermometer in the full sunshine!
If we do that here, even in the summer mornings during breakfast time our outside thermometer reaches 60°C and it cannot go further… But that is NOT reality.
Temperatures are ALWAYS measured in the shade.
Haha, cooling down with snow pictures and that for the final day of July. Yes, I saw Peachy hanging onto the fence and Stippie walking on the snow–free walk.

Aarghhh, snow will come to where I live all too soon, but on the other hand, these pictures help with the current heat. I liked your set because it had a lot of music that others hadn’t chosen. Montuno (I had to hunt down another video because yours didn’t play here in the United States) reminds me so much of music I heard on the subways growing up in New York City. Thanks, boys, for the reminder of what we will be complaining about in a few months. Seriously, there will often come a day in Winter when there is a thaw and some sun and temps above freezing – a welcome change if only for a day or two. Unfortunately there is no such thing in Summer – a break from triple digit temps when it falls to the forties – just for a day or two. Although with the way the weather is changing…

OH WOW! Thanks for a reminder that this hear will NOT last forever and ever and that soon enough (well…..not VERY soon!) we’ll all be talking about how COLD we are instead of how HOT we are. The snowy photos are a nice change from “reality”. We think your Granny’s corner in the garden with the umbrella looks very inviting. Sending all of you pawkisses and hugs for a COMFY August!

I will say that the snow made it not so hot here. We’ve had a very hot summer too. I’m ready for fall. I’m not a fan of all this heat.
