Hi (furry)furriends😻

…Come Peachy…
the temperature is dropping
…from 31℃/87℉ to 25℃/77℉…

so we can go into the garden
and see how far Granny has come
with the necessary activities
in the garden…

I see a lot of garden helpers too
…in our catnip…

it’s full of bees
and Bumble bees….

they come here effurry year
to collect pollen and nectar…

and you can see them flying
and zooming
all around the catnip…

and now that our Sage
is finally in bloom…

they fly over from one plant
to another…

we love to see them working
from nine to five…
…actually from five to nine…
because they have early shifts
and are ready very late…

and some even stay over night
…that’s so COOL…
I like to watch them…
and to hear them singing…

but I don’t touch them…
Bumble bees were more interesting
for me…
but Granny made it clear
no Bumble and bee in here
*points at her mouth*

look at our new roses
aren’t they just amazing…

they’re getting more pink now…
Granny says
that has to do with the soil…
we really don’t mind…
they’re beautiful
in effurry colour
💜🩷🩵

here we can see
that the grapes are on their way…
it will take a few more months
before they’re eatable though…

Peachy check out
our other catnip plant…

the Bumble bees
have filled their pockets…😹

that’s the cutest
we’ve effur seen…

and do you remember
the white spider…
he has filled his tummy too…
with this Bumble bee…

Granny wanted to save him
but he was already dead…
and a day later
the spider grabbed himself another
little baby bee…
so Granny dropped the spider
…along with the stem and its prey…
in the front yard…

she says wild life can be so cruel
and I don’t want to see it
because it makes her sad…

…in any case
I didn’t do it…

…this is our Chamomile…
she moved herself
to other places…
to show us
that she doesn’t want to live
in a pot…🙈

and all the LadyBugs
are coming back too…

they always make us happy…
even if they weren’t sent
by an Angel…🐞

these are the last
Forget-me-nots
…except the ones that are still in
Angel’s Place…

we wished they could stay
furrever…
but effurry season has its own
flowers…

….but still…Faye…
Forget-me-nots
bring always back memories
of our loved ones…
that’s why they called
💞Forget-me-not💞

and here under Apple
we still have a few Columbines…

they’re shining through
the Rosemaries and Lavender…
that Granny planted
to keep the ants on a distance…

…and it helped a little…
Apple now can make a speedy recovery…
because she’s getting strong again
and we’re only allowed to climb in her
when we don’t scratch the branches…
…because it’s ruining hurts Apple…
…so the Pawty Pooper
is effurrywhere now
to poil the fun…
…MOL…

I’m really tired of the heat today…
better we get ourselves
a little shadow…

we can do that Little Faye…
but I hear something
coming out of the trunk…

..talking about a trunk…
that reminds me
that we have to do a poem
for our furriends
Angel Sammy and Teddy
on this picture…

“In the attic
long time ago
stood a trunk
all on its own
we wondered
what was there inside
and how many secrets
it would hide
but maybe there was
more to find
like something we adore
or were we’re hoping for
but one thing is for sure
to know what’s inside
we need a crowbar
and some light.”

We’re
T H A N K F U L
that a lot work in the garden
is done…
so we only have to keep up
with it…
and that we’re having rain today
because after the beautiful sunny days
we really need a little refurreshment
…MOL…
we’re very grateful for a lot more
that we’ll show laturr
in another postie😺
😸Have a Happy Caturday my furriends😸

Charlee: “A garden full of bugs and bees is a happy garden indeed!”Chaplin: “Yes, our Dada loves to see the bees busy in our rosemary and lavender and whatnot. He always says they are ‘sweet sweet beeses hard at work’.”Lulu: “Beeses is not a word.”Charlee: “Apparently it’s a reference to an episode of an old TV show called NewsRadio.”Lulu: “Oh, of course.”Oona: “Oona approves of your ‘Angels don’t always have wings’ sign with the picture of Oona on it.”Java Bean: “Ayyy, I’m not sure that’s a picture of you specifica—”Oona: “IT IS A PICTURE OF OONA AND SHE IS SURE OF IT.”

The garden is gorgeous, and I love all the purple (my favorite color). Be kind to those busy bees hard at work. Hugs! 😽

With all your lovely flowers and plants no wonder there are so many bees and other little animals everywhere 🙂

Your garden is a treasure, I’m glad you are learning how to treat it well.
The poem is lots of fun, too. Thank you for linking up with Feline Friday!

Peachy and Faye, you both do such a great job of helping Granny with the garden. Look a how beautiful everything looks! We are sorry about the spider capturing the bee. We know it is just nature’s way, but it does make us sad, too. XO
May 31, 2026 @ 02:42:16
Great job on the poem. Nature can be sad, poor baby bees. Adorable photos of both of you. XO
May 30, 2026 @ 23:11:04
What a wonderful tour of your garden !
May 30, 2026 @ 21:53:23
Oh kitties what a delightful garden. Lynn is most jealous. My nippy plant is still a baby seedling and won’t bloom fur months. Then the bees will be so furry happy. We are just getting outa da cold and headed to the beginning of summer weather. Spring was most unkind. So we hope to have sun shine like you do.

You two are really the best assistant gardeners and everything is looking beautiful. That was a fun poem and nice thankful too! Thanks for joining Angel Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
May 30, 2026 @ 14:21:46
A bit cooler; that’s good!
Those flying yellow-stripey things are hard at work.
May 30, 2026 @ 11:24:38
The beautiful garden is all right and proper after Granny worked so hard – and it really is spectacular with all the flowers and other plants. What a beautiful place for you two kids to explore and watch and take naps. Mother Nature has surprises and sometimes sadness like the bees being attacked by that spider but everything is in balance in the end. Life is like that. Hope you all enjoy your outside time AND your inside time too. That poem was PERFECT for poetry day – absolutely PERFECT!!!!!
Love and Hugs, Pam and Teddy
