the bowl is empty…
it needs a refill…
there’s plenty of water in here

and it smells like
furresh water…
there we go

with this heat
no bowl has to stay empty…
all the critters drink of it…
and we also saw a butterfly drinking
when you gave the flowers water
with the garden hose…🦋
and the ants like
to have a dive in it too…
…as effurrything is dried out here…
thank Cat Granny was able to safe
a few of them…
they’re still usefull in a way
you know…
and we have to stay COOL
and hydrated too…
even when the temperatures
are going to drop
to more
pleasant temperatures…
…yeah…
but not yet today…
…maybe tomorrow…

It’s good to make sure the critters have water. For the bees/wasps/other insects, a bowl with rocks in it and water is good, the rocks sticking out of the water gives them a safe place to land to drink from.

With it being so hot in so many places, having water handy is super important. We wish we had a gigantic watering can so we could wet our yard too which is DRY DRY DRY. We have our paws (and fingers) crossed for some rain to visit us soon. Meanwhile, water bowls sure help us right?

Smart kitties. After our walk, I accidentally came home and started playing with my toys again. Mom reminded me to take a drink. I did. I gobbled water like a good girl. Maybe we need a kitty to remind me…
