Little Binky Loves Granny
There is an interesting story behind Binky and Granny from the blog Angels Whisper. We know you will enjoy reading it.
Funny Farmer Felines: Please introduce yourself and your human.
Binky: I’m Little Binky and that’s my Granny *points paw at Granny* I was born somewhere in Autumn of 2002. I’m a cow kitty and I live since late Summer 2008 with my Granny and Grandpaw. I weigh…do you want to know my weight, Funny Farmers? I know since…. recently. Oh, no, you don’t want to know; well, I’ll keep that to myself then.

Funny Farmer Felines: If you have any furry siblings, please introduce them too.
Binky: I have four siblings and one adopted sister, but they are all living at my mother’s place. My eldest brother, who is younger than me, is Bobo, than comes my sister Sphinx, next is brother Pumba and his twin Feline, unfortunately she crossed the Rainbow Bridge last year of FeLV and that was very sad. *wipes tear* Let’s see, and then there is my adopted sister The Nanny.
Funny Farmer Felines: How did you come to live together?
Binky: I was found on an industrial area when I was about three month old and lived almost 5 years with my mother, dad and two-feet-sibling, who is the same age as me, until my mom and dad separated. The three of us were living in a garden house for a while and went over to live at a colleague of my mom for a few weeks, but he had two monster cats that didn’t like me. They chased me every day and then my mom put me in her bedroom with the door locked so they couldn’t hunt me any more, but one day my mom forgot to lock the door when she went to work.
I will spare you the details, Funny Farmers, but I had to run for my life the whole day. It was the most scariest thing that I have ever experienced in my entire life. When Granny heard what has happened, she took me, my mom and two-feet-sibling into her house and we lived there for almost two years. I only had to deal with Granny’s Angel, HER cat *rolls eyes* and the neighbour’s cat, Big Binky, who thought he was living there too. We didn’t become furriends, but we were able to live together.
When Angel went to furryland and my mom and two-feet-sibling got a house of their own, my little two-feet-brother said it was all right with him if I stayed with Granny. Granny said that it was better for me. I’ve had enough stress; it was time for tranquillity. Believe me kitties, I have been having the time of my life ever since. *shakes head* No, I’m not spoiled at all.

Funny Farmer Felines: Tell us a little about the area where you live.
Binky: We live in the most beautiful part of the Netherlands, to be specific in the South of Limburg, near the border triangle of The Netherlands-Germany-Belgium. It’s well known for the Pinkpop festivals. I haven’t seen a bird since we moved here, except that one that was teasing me. I can hear the birdies outside of the garden, many of them, but since we live here, I am not allowed to go out of the garden anymore. That’s because there are living foxes and hawks and all other kinds of predators in the neighbourhood. I can stand up for myself very easily and Grandpaw says so too, but Granny says no, and when Granny says no… Well, you know *lifts shoulders* you don’t have a chance, right? Anyway, I watch Bird TV on my tablet, so I can still recognize them – just in case.
Funny Farmer Felines: Do you have any nicknames?
Binky: OMC, I live on nicknames. Granny calls me…let me translate it first… Puppet, Binkster, Little girl, Dolly, Little Princess, Queen, Possum, Little Bear, Wooly, since a little while Goatey, little lamb, spork, sleeping beauty and so many more.

Funny Farmer Felines: What kind of mischief do you like to get into?
Binky: When I am in the garden I like to walk inside and outside the house freely, but when it is cold Granny closes the door, so I ask constantly if she wants to open the door for me, and when she does, and she does, I ignore her, or run away. Nanananana!
Funny Farmer Felines: What made you open a blog? And do you participate in any blogging events?
Binky: Actually Granny started our blog in 2011 in Dutch in honour of her cat Angel, that’s why my blog address is called Angel’s Whisper and not Binky’s Whisper. Granny says every picture has a story to tell and we wanted to share that in the first place with my two-feet siblings and family, but then other furries and peeps started to read our blog. We continued the blog in English and I made furriends along the way, so now they became a part of our lives that we don’t wanna miss anymore.
I try to participate regularly on four amazing blog hops, namely – Caturday Art of Athena and Marie, Sunday Selfie with The Cat on my head gang, sometimes I Create-with-joy on Wordless Wednesday, and when Granny isn’t to busy I’m being Thankful on Thursday over at Brian’s blog. Once in a while I like to get my tummy rub on Tuesdays over at Katzenworld’s.
Funny Farmer Felines: Do you belong to the Cat Scouts?
Binky: I’m not a Cat Scout. With all that hopping around, I haven’t had time to sign up for it, but I know a few furriends who are scouts.
Funny Farmer Felines: Are you on any social media you would like to share with readers?
Binky: You can find my WordPress blog at angelswhisper2011 and I am on Instagram as Little Binky. Oh, and recently I have my own Facebook account as Binky Ky. I am very mobile as you can see, but it is very hard to keep up on all of them.
Funny Farmer Felines: What is your greatest love and your biggest fear?
Binky: Granny is my greatest love. Oh, I think I misunderstood the question. I love being outside in the garden and guard my own grown nip. My biggest fear is that someone steals my nip, or worse, makes it his own.
Funny Farmer Felines: Does your human foster any furbabies, work or volunteer for a shelter, make pet-related products …?
Binky: Granny is a spiritual animal healer and she was a volunteer catsitter before we moved. Now she feels kind of retired for as long as we are busy with the settling down.

Funny Farmer Felines: How would you describe yourself?
Binky: I am definitely an introvert and a loner. I don’t like strange people around, nor do I tolerate strange kitties around me, or two-feet siblings. I can be bitchy tempered and when I want something, Granny says I can be a despot sometimes. Oh, and I have mood swings, I learned all that from Granny by the way, but mostly I am a very sweet, gentle and adorable pussycat – and not only when I sleep.
Funny Farmer Felines: If we were to ask your mom what she loves best about you, what do you think she would say?
Binky: Everything about me, for sure!
I think this is it, Funny Farmers. Thank you for inviting me for the interview. Wait, I give you all an Extra Pawkiss for that🐾😽💗
Funny Farmer Felines: Thank you, Binky. We believe everyone will enjoy your story and hope readers will take a moment to tell you how much they enjoyed getting to know you better, and then they can stop by Angels Whisper to get to know you even better.
✨✨✨

I hope you liked to read my interview (again)…
I sure did…
even if you can’t see me
that doesn’t mean that I’m not here🧙♀️✨
✨Pawkisses from Heaven to all of you
my wonderful furriends✨
🙏Stay Safe Healthy and Yourselfie🙏
