Granny….
It’s hard to believe
that we sat here in the garden
a few month ago…
waiting until everything
started to bloom…
and looking out…
for creatures
and the Sun…
to come this way…
but it took quite some time…
before they arrived here…
and when the Sun came out
…finally…
we only had to wait…
for the flowers to come out too…
and I waited…
and waited…
for months...weeks…days
until they finally showed up…
slowly…
real s..l..o..w…
but when they came…
they came in full glory…
my nip…
the trinity…
…me, myself and I…
…Grandpaw, Granny and Me…
the bumble bees…
the messengers…
the strangers…
the heatwave…
and the killing of my best
garden furriend…
in the front garden…
by one of the neighbour cats…
three days before I got sick…
my recovery…
and lots of…
Paw-holding-quality-time…
and stop-by conversations
Granny made
with left-over goosey…
and then some of my best furriends…
where calling back…
to heaven…
You..
are..
loved..

It is Autumn now…
and time flew away…
it makes me realize…
even more than ever…
how purrecious our time on Earth is…
and that we have to cherish
every moment
in life…
because it can be over
in no time…
