We did survive the storm
the garden is only a little… much mess…
and one of our lanterns is broken
so that Grandpaw had to go out in the middle of the storm
to clean it up immediately because of the glass…
but the worst is over
and I can clean myself again now…
without any distractions of the wind…
so you have to wait a little
longer for my weekly mewsic @
because I want to make sure
that I’m clean enough
for some homegrown mewsic…
…you never know who’s watching right 😉
The first song I like to share is from a band
from Utrecht and formed in 2005…

Don’t be fooled by these pictures…
these were taken after my hard work
…yesterday…
today is very different
it storms…very hard…
they say it’s Ciara the monster storm…
and we’re expecting winds up to 80 miles per hour (=120 km/u)…
but I’m completely relaxed into it…
I’m safe in the house…
with Granny and Grandpaw…
and to bring out a little sun today
I posted these sunny pictures of yesterday…
and let him…
do a Selfie…
or two…
because he helped us yesterday
in the garden…
without even asking…
and besides…
he insisted
the minute he heard about the blog hop…
I’m not sure
but with Valentine’s Day just around the corner
he was just around the corner too…

A hard working Caturday Art

Hi (Furry)furriends💗
Yesterday….
we had an overdose
of sunny weather…
it was 10°C (=50F)
and the sun shone brightly…
…we didn’t expect this
because it had frozen -4°C overnight…
so I decided
to go out and help Granny in the garden…
it was about time
because everything started to bloom already…
but couldn’t show up
because it was overgrown by old species…
and I told Granny that they needed a little breezer…
like this crocus…
and the forget-me-nots…
narcisses…
and not to forget about the most daily needs
of my own breezer…
full of new sprouts…
it was really hard work…
as you can see…
and there’s so much more to do…
so we got unexpected help at once…
that is going to be rewarded tomorrow…
because of his hard digging work…
because now I have to go over
to my next task…
my artwork…
and then I definitely need a pause…
we can’t continue anyway
as the storm is on its way…
but despite that…

I’m
T H A N K F U L
that the sun is finally out again…
and for this new shoe…
and the birdies
that have settled in…
so that I have a pair of shoes…
and thus
more things to be
T H A N K F U L
for

just kidding my furriends…
there’s so much more what I’m
T H A N K F U L
for…
like for example You all
and all that’s grow
and shine…
and even the not so nice things
that we call bad or ugly
but that aren’t
just think of all the lessons
that we can learn from it
and all the lessons that we learn from each other…
just to make us better Beings…
Shall I go on?
Better not huh…
the sun is out
so I will be out in a minute…
for the rest of the day…
when I finish my poem for my furriends
