A Springful Day

Hi (Furry)furriends💗

Granny look what all sprouts…

in Angel’s Place…

we have ONE iris…

and purrobably another one in making…

and a lot of a little bit of Sun…

to bloom the trumpets…

and the first Butterfly

that stopped by yesterday…

I think Spring has sprung here today…

I can see it effurrywhere…

but it’s still a little chill

in the early mornings…

but with a little luck

we reach 12℃ (53,60℉) this afternoon…

and I’m so

T H A N K F U L

for that all…

so I’ll wait for it right here…

and get myself inspired for this week’s poem

while I watch how the garden grows…

“I sit and stare

from here to there and see

seven arches bend over me

I could run

and I could hide

wondering what’s there inside

but I just want to go slow

to fulfill my curiosity you know

with every step I have to see

what life really brings to me

and in the end

there is a door

that leads me to the first floor

from where I need to see

if my sprouted nip

is waiting there for me.”

Granny

can you open the door for me

please…

I know it’s the thousandth time…

but I can’t help it…

I need to check what’s outside

when I’m inside…

and when I’m inside…

I have to check the outside…

…besides…

you said so yourself

it keeps you in big ~~irritation~~ shape

…so…

are you coming now or what?

I know you can’t resist my face…

nor the hypnotizing energy

that I sprinkle on you…

So today… and always

I’m

T H A N K F U L

for my Granny

that she always opens the door for me

no matter if it’s the first or the thousandth time…

or if she is busy or not…

or if she likes it or not….😹

Granny is

T H A N K F U L

that the Lilac has finally healed…

she was broken on the stem

and they had to cut one stem in half last year

because she didn’t make flowers anymore..

but look at her now…

isn’t she a beauty…💜

Granny is also

T H A N K F U L

for magical phenomena…

and nature’s touching signs…

and for guessing right on my furriend’s teaser

but being late…

and we both are

T H A N K F U L

for YOU my furriends

readers and passers by…

Granny look…

there he is again…

He comes…

and goes…

and comes…

and goes…

in the morning

in the afternoon…

and at night…

he even sleeps in MY nip…

and he makes sure that he’s heard…

not to speak about the advantages he makes of you

Granny…

AND MY NIP…

~~while I’m his dealer…~~

~~he has to pay for it~~…🙊

he has to come to me first…

not the other way around…

so no…

I won’t come in…

I have to purrotect my nip…

day…

and night…

You can give me a pencil

so I can paint and puzzle a little

in the meantime…

and do some poetry too…

Granny…

since that Sun came out…

I just can’t get rid of that thing…

that’s following me all the time…

it’s right beside me

and I can’t get rid of it…

unless…

that’s better…

and it wasn’t to hard to catch

after all…

Now let me see

what I can do in the meantime…

as that thing gives me some inspiration

that they still have patience with me

that I can’t come to visit so often anymore

because Granny and Grandpaw are still busy

to complete one project after another for my mom…

and besides…

Granny is now taxi for my two-feet sibling too…MOL…

but at least they can give me plenty of

Binky-time now

so I’m

T H A N K F U L

for that too…

and by having said that

it’s time to set the shadow free…

and take a walk…

and see what I encounter on the way…

for the good things in life

they’re right there on your way

almost for nothing to pay

you just have to look and see

that Mother Earth takes good care

of you and me

and the only thing she asks from you

is to take good care of her too

just by planting the seeds

and give them some water

and sometimes a little extra poo.”
