Never a dull moment in my garden…

especially when the temperature is rising

they all come to live…

look at her…

she’s thinking she’s the swan

of Tchaikovsky…

and the Rose is making a pirouette…

and what’s that…

I can’t hardly see it…

there’s the Swan Lake…

look how beautifully

they dance

in succession…

then The Swan is sticking her neck out…

for the last time…

as the angels arrive…

to bring her home…

to the Sun…

Listen…

do you hear that applaws…

that’s from the audience…

and Catweazle backstage…

one last bow…

and the crowd

leave the chamber…

let’s see if they’re really gone

before it starts all over again…

Give me a few more seconds

Granny…

I’m in the middle of a dream…

when the days were brighter…

and the Lavender

and Phacelia were still in bloom

in this part of our garden…

and filled up with Bees and Bumble Bees

to powder pollinate the plants

and eat all their nectar…

together with their chilling sounds…

I really miss those days…

because now…

you cut it all…

and I have to sit down..

*don’t let yourself be distracted by those stupid gnomes*

in an empty space

with the scent of catnip on one side

1. If you want to know yourself,

you have to recognize yourself in others.

2. During the month of  August,

I plan to stay focussed

on my mousies…

birdies…

other critters…

all the beauty that surrounds us.

3. Others might think it’s strange that I

like to watch all most of the critters around me

and talk to them…

instead of using my killer-instincts…

but I live with Granny’s motto
