Hi (Furry)furriends ❤
I”m not coming
out of the stairs cupboard…
and I am not
going outside….
…today…
not in a zillion years…
…never…ever…
I don’t know…
what has happened in the garden…
but one second
I was in the garden…
and the next second
I was at the vet’s…
Now let me tell you
what has happened…
…not that we really know…
but this is how it went…
Granny had installed herself
to answer…
…finally…
on your bloggies…
…because she is very busy
…lately…
with all HER kinds of stuff…
*rolls eyes*
and I was out…
in the garden
like usually…
when the weather is fine
in the evenings…
*mumbles*
and when it is still light
…outside…
…we all had just eaten
so there was plenty of time
left in the evening
to enjoy
…what we had planned…
but just when Granny started
to reply on the first blog…
I looked at her
through the window
and Granny saw immediately
that there was something
…VERY WRONG…
…my eyes were blinking
and I couldn’t see anything…
and then I started to drool…
…lots of drooling…
and Granny called Grandpaw
that he had to call the Vet
…immediately…
and came after me…
asking me what had happened…
but I run away from her…
went inside…
and run up and down
on the stairs
…like crazy…
…but she was able to catch me
when I took a little rest…
and then she hugged me
and comforted me…
telling me that everything
will be allright…
and that I don’t had to worry…
I guess she was more worried
than I was…
I hissed at her…
and growled…
but she knew that it hurt
whatever it was…
Then she had to put me in the
carrier…
but I resisted
and run away upstairs…
and laid down myself
under the couch…
I was exhausted…
but Granny couldn’t catch me…
I didn’t want to go in that
carrier…
the last time I was in there
we drove almost 200 miles
to our new home…
…What if they had decided
to move again…
…I think I digress…
Anyway…
…When they finally caught me
and put me in the carrier
…my eyes weren’t small
and didn’t blink
…anymore…
but I got a good check up…
at the Vet’s…
and the Vet thought
that I had been fighting
because my third eyelid was torn…
but that wasn’t it…
there are no cats…
nor birds in our garden…
only that cow kitten
…once…
but not yesterday…
Granny thinks that I was
…chazing…
that big Mr Bee…
…or he was chazing me…
and I didn’t watch out
for the branches
…or thorns…
of the little trees…
…in the moment of the reflex…
Whatever it was
I wasn’t beaten
…by anything…
…Thank CowKittiness…
…So
…all’s well that ends well…
…besides that
“no eating after we were home
until the next morning…
….just in case….”
*By the way*
Any idea what my weight is?
I know now…
The Vet knows…
and You…
want to make a guess?
…I have lost some pounds…
!honestly!
Nope…
I don’t have pictures
to prove
…anything…
also not of my car drive…
nor of my soundtracks
…in the car…
I only held Granny’s paw hand
…during the drive…
…and when we were home
I gave lots of headrubs
to Granny and Grandpaw…
and sat on Granny’s lap
for some minutes…
and then I run to my bowl
…to eat…
…No…
I don’t go outside…
…not today!

Oh poor flower! I am so sorry you were ill, but I do hope you are feeling better and that Granny is all right too 🐱xxx
Apr 07, 2017 @ 08:18:15
Thank you, Samantha. I scared the…peep…out of Granny and she is very alert when I’m outside, but we’re both relieved that it turned out fine 🙂 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 06, 2017 @ 10:26:23
That sounds scary Binky, glad Granny caught you and took you to the vet, even if you don’t like it, s/he is the man/woman to help. Take it easy.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 08:54:59
It was a she, so I could wrap her around my paw easily…MOL 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 06, 2017 @ 08:04:23

Me too, Zorro and Pixie 🙂 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 06, 2017 @ 00:38:58
Like Cody, I was afraid you had been poisoned by a plant – or even stung by Mr. Bee ! So glad Granny saw something was wrong right away and got you to the vet ! And SO GLAD you are better – and eating again ??
Apr 07, 2017 @ 08:57:09
Granny forgot to put the food away, Mary, so I could lose all my stress while eating…MOL 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 06, 2017 @ 00:14:36
Oh Little Binky, glad you are all right. Sorry you got hurt somehow. Hope you heal up quickly. Have a good evening.

Apr 05, 2017 @ 23:35:56
Oh Binky! That must have been scary…not only for you but for your granny too. We hope you’re okay. Wally once got stung by a bee…but on his paw and it swelled up. The vet said to put cold compress on it and after a couple of days, the swelling went down.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:01:52
We still don’t know what has happened, Ernie, but it was really scary. Besides the third eyelid there was nothing to see. Granny has never seen anyone drooled as much as I did. Thank Cat this had a Happy End 🙂 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤ Btw that's a good tip!
Apr 05, 2017 @ 23:11:35
Oh no,poor you, Binky! You must have given Granny and Grandpaw such a fright. I am glad you are all right. You must keep away from those bees.
Apr 05, 2017 @ 23:13:29
I just had a thought. Do you have any toads in your garden? Once me and Eric found one and we played with it, but when we tried to lick him he made our mouths drool and gave us itchy runny eyes too.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:05:24
Maybe, Flynn. We haven’t found any toads in our garden…yet…and now Granny get the creeps, because it seems that they are very big in this part of our Country…We had them in the garden of our former house, but we pay attention now. You never know! Thanks for the tip, Flynn! Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 22:02:51
I am so sorry you went through that sweet Binky and I am sure happy all is better now. Hugs from all of us.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:11:50

Apr 05, 2017 @ 18:13:40
Poor baby. Yuo are one lucky kitty. When my Amber had an eye injury, she had to have an eyeball surgery and many many dollars to fix.. not to mention lots of pain for poor Amber. Best stay away from sticky branches that can hurt little eyes. Blessings for a quick recovery. (Amber is the ‘muse’ for Angel in my cat mystery, Black Cat and the Accidental Angel.)
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:20:59
Thank you, Elaine. So sorry your Amber had such a bad eye injury. I was very lucky! We are going to check out your stories. Have to see how we can biggify the letters…not because of my eyes, but Granny can’t read small letters anymore, even not with her glasses…MOL 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 18:12:48
I know you scared Granny to death, little Binky – you must avoid all drama in the outdoors! So glad you are fine…
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:27:36
I said “Sorry”, Sheila…MOL 😀 Thank you ❤ Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 18:11:54
Precious little Binky!!! I was sooo worried when I was reading this! What an awful time you had in the garden and then to have to go to the Vet!! But….Granny was right to take you and thank COD you didn’t eat a plant or get attacked by an animal or something!!!! Watch out for those awful bees! xoxoxo

Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:44:46
Sorry I scared you too, Cody and Caren. I was very lucky 🙂 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 17:57:01
I am glad you are OK. We will guess that you weigh 11 pounds.XO.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:48:23
You guessed almost purrfect, Phoebe. I’m 4,8 kg, that’s almost 11 pounds. Concats! Double Pawkiss for that 🙂 ❤ ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 17:35:53
Always a fright when something’s not right!
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:48:59
How true that is, Greg! Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 17:17:42
OhMyLovelyBinky! Me happy you are safe and comfy 😆
Please, don’t do it again, whatever you did, or didn’t it, for poor Granny’s sake!
That’s what scares me most: a sudden (and severe) disease or illness of one of my four cats.
Pawkisses ❤
Sid
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:54:18
Me too, Sid. It makes us aware how purrecious life is 🙂 Thank you! Extra Pawkisses 🙂 ❤ ❤
Apr 07, 2017 @ 12:49:08
=^:^=
Apr 05, 2017 @ 15:58:51
Be sure to take you eye drops like a good girl! (As if you would do anything else.) My Bengal hurt her eye a couple of weeks ago when Russell Sprout’s claw was in there. She is not a fan of the drops. I hope you are better behaved! Paw kisses to you, too.
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:56:10
Awww…so sorry for Bengal, but I was very lucky, no injuries, besides that third eyelid, and no eye drops needed..Phew! Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 13:37:51
I’m so happy you’re okay, LB 🙂 Definitely best to stay inside today to recover .
Apr 07, 2017 @ 09:57:10
I did that, Draliman, but I’m back to normal now…with a Granny that checks on me every second…MOL 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 12:19:48
OMGoodness, Little B. What a harrowing experience! I’m so happy you’re all right after all that. Certainly nobody would fight with you! But chasing stuff can definitely make us careless. You will never win a fight with a twig or a thorn or a bush. They’re tough. You are best to stay in for a while. Soon, I’m sure you’ll venture out to patrol your yard again. Stay safe, little buddy. My guess is that you are 12 pounds….? Whatever the number, you are a perfect size.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Apr 07, 2017 @ 10:17:27
Thank you, sweet Cupcake 🙂 I am back to my normal now, but I am very careful and I have Granny on my back almost every second…MOL 😀 You almost guessed right, “whispers”I’m almost 11 pounds, the Vet was laughing when Granny told her that I already had lost a few pounds…MOL 😀 Extra Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 12:06:16
That is scary for Granny!!
Apr 07, 2017 @ 10:18:18
It was, DM, but I’m all back to normal now…and the Granny too 😀 Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 11:38:15
Oh my, poor Binky and Granny! What a terrible to do for you! I’m so pleased that all is well. Where would we be without our famous Binky? Naughty bee, and yet they are normally such sweet little guys…. ❤
Apr 07, 2017 @ 10:32:14
Thank you my furriend 🙂 The Bee was teasing me before, but yesterday we found him…grounded…It wasn’t me *shakes head* so Granny burried him in the plants ❤ Double Pawkiss 🙂 ❤ ❤
Apr 05, 2017 @ 10:27:43
Thank goodness no lasting damage! Must have given Granny a nasty scare 😦
Apr 05, 2017 @ 10:35:55
I scared the… peep… out of Granny, Annie. She hasn’t slept all night. Pawkisses 🙂 ❤
