T H A N K F U L
that summer storm Francis has passed by
and didn’t left to much damage in our garden
nor in our part of the Country…
…However
I was very scary
that she would blew us all away…
now I have to see if mousie
is still intact too…
after I found some mouse droppings
in the garden…
so it wasn’t me again Granny…
you know I won’t never ever do that…🤥
I think it take some time
before mousie is showing up…
so let’s see what I’m also
T H A N K F U L
for today…
I was first right guesser
yesterday on the teaser…
so I got a new badge for my bloggie…
and I’m feeling kind of purroud of myselfie too…
As this can take a much longer time
then I expected
let me do a poem for my furriends
Angel Sammy and Teddy
while I wait here
for my mousie…
“Mousie, mousie
come out of your housie
I made our garden
look o, so fine
to show you that you are mine
we are divine
creatures of the Universe
so please emerge
in our garden of Eden
where we can live in harmony even
and were we can hide
our stoopid purride
because that won’t serve us
on our ride
to live together with peace
inside.”

That is a really lovely poem, Little Binky.
We had a lull in the storm yesterday, but it came back today with a vengeance bringing widespread flooding.
Both roads into the village were flooded, but the flood on the bottom road went down as the tide went out. The top road will probably stay flooded for days as the council never bother to try and clear it.

This is so adorable! I’m glad that Francis didn’t cause too much disruption. In the U.K. we are currently having a lot of rain as we deal with the aftermath. Binky looks to be doing well, bless. 🐱

Glad the storm didn’t do damage there AND I’m sure your friend Mr. Mousie will be stopping by to check on YOU like you check on HIM! Loved your poem today – those little “Fairy Gardens” are fun – I bet your mouse would like to live in one just like the photo. Your garden is beautiful already though.
