Some Old in the New

Hi (Furry)furriends💗

Granny…

I’m looking for the Sun…

I haven’t seen him anymore

since the other day…

so now I have to keep up with pictures of last Summer

wishful thinking…

and sing my highest song…

with the birdies singers today…

that love to sing anyway…

on this stormy

grey Winter morning…

together with the leadsinger

of the Rook band…

but even if there’s no Sun

out here…

I’m

T H A N K F U L

for all I have

anyway…

and now I better get up…

and go inside…

to work on my art…

and puzzle…

and poem..

“Mewsic and Fantasy

go hand in hand

just ask the leader

of the band

he’s got the Rhythm

and the Blues

and stands quite firmly

in his shoes

to see if you swing in line

with clapping hands

to combine

the mewsic and the beat

now let’s pump it up

and repeat.”

🎶🐦📚Have a Wonderful Weekend my furriends📚🐦🎶

🙏Stay Safe Healthy and Yourselfie🙏

We all loved your poem and art, and our mom enjoyed doing your puzzle. We have had the coldest, greyest winter we can remember. Today we have a little sun…yippee! Maybe we can get in some catio time. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet

The sun is tricky that way, Little B. Around here, it snowed and snowed and THEN came the sun. It didn’t warm me up at all, because I had to walk in ice cold snow the whole time.

    Love and licks,

Binky, I hope it wasn’t too cold out. What kind of bird is that? I don’t think they come around here.

Do you mean the Rook (master of the Rook band three in the tree…MOL) CK? The Latin name is Corvus frugilegus and he looks like a crow or raven at first sight. They are protected birdies. Very COOL birdies😸🐾😽💞

And so is your art. We sure hope you get some sun, too. Our sun decided to come out of hiding, but it was about -26C here last night.

That is a very good poem! We have no sun here either, but at least we aren’t getting the storms they are having up North. Your art is pretty, and thanks for the puzzle.
