he left our planet last November
and is a big loss for us
and all who knew him
and his furry family…
We were asked by our Tabby-furriends

It was the 25th of January 2013
when we met Dad Pete and the kitties
for the first time on our bloggie…
and ever since he and Timmy
left wonderful replies on our bloggie…
that Granny and I all read again
yesterday…
and we smiled and laughed
and wiped a tear…
because he and Timmy who left the planet
just a few month before him
weren’t here anymore…😿
He told us so many things about himself…
and maybe it’s not the purrpose
for this special bloggie…
but I just want share some replies
that he left on my bloggie
because they touched our hearts deeply…

You really made our Dad happy with your music today as they were all great, but, he is partial to Mozart.
He would listen to classical all day when he was still working.
He said it was to drown out the voices in his head. (He worked in medicine with a strong behavioral health bit)

I read of Pete’s passing but I thought this happened this year. I had no clue that it was last November. What happened? You’re welcome to send me details in email if this isn’t something that’s not meant to be shared with the world. I wasn’t very close to him but he did visit my place some throughout last year. Nonetheless I was saddened to read about his passing. He seemed like a very nice person. Our loss is heaven’s gain. Your mewsic tribute is just pawsomely purrfect. I know Dad Pete would be deeply moved with these beautiful sentiments. RIP Dad Pete! We will miss you, even those who didn’t know you well. Pawryers and love to his family!

Dad Pete was one special man, just like your post. He was so thoughtful. When Cody passed he messaged me many, many times to see how I was doing. (I will never, ever forget that). Cody and Timmy TomCat were pals after Cody was his Secret Paws one year (I think). Pete was beyond special and is deeply missed. Thank you for sharing this wonderful post xoxo

Oh Binky what special memories you shared with us – memories of messages from Dad Pete and memories of special posts of his through the years. He is missed more than most people even know how to say…..he was simply THE BEST. We loved him and his cats because they made us see the good in the world and in ourselves. Sending you hugs because just as he told you, you are VERY SPECIAL yourself.
