What I’m doing outside in the earliest morning…
except to rest to continue tomorrow
with the garden activities…
Well…
Other Potcat and I are waiting
for E.T.’s…
Remember yesterday evening…
when the sky turned dark orange…
and we saw this little element coming out of the sky?
No, not that …spaceshuttle…
that’s our garden lamp…
everyone can see that…
but that little orange thing
up there in the sky…
and when I zoomed in with your camera…
this came out of the sky…
and there was one…
…only one…
big dark cloud of smoke
left behind…
but it kept shooting something…
and it wasn’t a plane…
or two…
so Other Potcat and I are waiting
for the answer…
that maybe some of our furriends know…
as we haven’t never ever seen something like that…
nor a sky so orange as in the picture…
that are not edited! but true colours…
and when we saw the Moon this morning…
and I zoomed in with the camera again…
this special Moon looked like a yellow-orange
ball…
hanging up there in the sky…
so on closer inspection…
it must have been the Sun that coloured
the Moon and burnt the falling Stars…
or whatever it was…
…phenomenal…
isn’t it?
I am so
T H A N K F U L
that Spring set in
in such a special way…
and
to be a part of this Universe…🪐🌝⭐🌠
see…
I even was inspired by it and did
an Out of Space artwork…
and mixed it into a puzzel for my fans…
and did an Inner Space Selfie…
and now I only have to wait
until E.T. is coming…
maybe I need some helpers for that…

what happened there outside

next to each other
and not in line
they squeezed themselves
almost fine
“I’m first” says the doggy
“Me’s too” says the kid
as I’m a little soggy
from your doggy spit
so if you just wait for me
while I crawl through the door
you can come after me
and I can first explore.”

Wow, Little Binky! Your Granny was very clever to catch that little (or was it actually big?). unknown fiery thing in the sky! Spectacular catch!
And the moon looked like that here, too…though petcretary did not capture it, she was at her work…

I am so late catching up. Sorry. Looks like some of the debris that is currently floating around in space. Old satellites and bits of space junk. Sooner or later some of it will fall to earth and burn up on the way.

Little Binky – what a wonderful post you have today – so many great photos and we must say that the “mysterious” thing in the sky was a meteorite purrrrhaps? Amazing you got a photo of it though as it exploded in the atmosphere. The sky is SO orange but we often have sunsets like that here – too beautiful to describe sometimes. Your poem is absolutely ADORABLE! So are the photos of you getting ready to start Spring gardening……Sending you lots of hugs….

I wonder what that was! Maybe a meteor burning up as it entered Earth’s atmosphere. There has been so much space junk left up there too so maybe it was some of that coming back to Earth. Your poem is very cute, and your art is lovely.

That looked very like a small bomb that exploded in the atmosphere before falling to earth. Have you asked anyone around there? It is strange and weird and of course with all the Ukraine footage, it looked too much like some of those images….that the smoke happened after you saw the orange shape was arresting. Maybe the weather people in your neighborhood. Incredible sky.
