Peachy broke the window
of auntie Angel Binky’s house…
not on purrpose…
I just wanted to make a lookout…
in my fort…
just as the one
in your sewing machine box…
so I can see the enemy Stippie…
approaching me…
without him seeing me…

I have to close my eyes then…
because I still can see you…🙈
better take a look yourself
Granny…
see how it looks…
…now…
and so it once was…
when auntie Angel Binky
still lived in there…✨
Sorry Granny…
but I just wanted an open window…
and then I couldn’t control my paws anymore…
they started to live their own lives…
…they always do that
when they see boxes
and cardboards…
maybe you can sew me some curtains…
that we can hang up
so that no-one can see
what happened in there…
I can help you…
just like before when you needed some help
with your curtains…
and Stippie can help too…
yeah…
just leave it all up to me…
but of course Granny…
I help you too…
…Whoa!…
that’s a long way to Tipperary…
I think I better wait
until you finished that road…
…Yeah…
and while I wait until you’re ready…
I make a poem
for our furriends Angel Sammy and Teddy…
with this picture…
“When you find yourself a home
no matter where it stands
on an island
or in the middle of the Highland
it doesn’t matter as long as you can see
that you live there together with me
and our family
and if you think that it’s to small
then you have to zoom in to see it all
there’s just one more thing
I want to say
let’s hope that the house isn’t made of papurr
or paper machee.”

We love the message of your poem! Home is where the kitties (and pups) are. A house – even one on a scary little island – becomes a home when we are in it together. So true.

Now Boys! No climbing the curtains. Listen to Granny and Angel Binky would say the sme. You don’t want to un-do all the work Granny put in to making your home look pretty, now do you? No, you don’t. Me, Katie understands how our paws have their own lives to live and they just go do things they like to do. Mom here notices the too. I have redecorated the carpet here and there in the house.

Boys I would strongly suggest (!) that you NOT climb Granny’s newly made curtains…BUTTT if she makes mini-curtains for the little cardboard house that was Angel Binky’s once – we think that would be sweet! Mom and I think you did a very good poem for this week’s poem photo. That little house in the river would be a nice hiding place for a cat or two or three and you could fish in the river for meals and there would be no humans around to say “NO!”. Wow. Sounds good doesn’t it! Tee Hee
