the sun is out…
but only for an hour…
as the weather girl says…
so let’s take that time…
before it starts raining again…

or the flying objects…

that was fast…
where are you…
I can’t see you…

have you seen Stippie…
he must be out there
…somewhere…
don’t say a word

it’s my time now…
I just give him another minute
before I jump on him…😹
I can do a poem for
our furriends Angel Sammy and Teddy
first…
“I don’t know what I’ve said
that made them sleepy in the head
but it’s impawtant
for the company’s sake
that they see the bar graphs fully awake
so that they don’t make any mistake
for a future money break
but maybe they feel like being at school
and thinking they’re the company’s fools
who are playing against the rules
by having all the tools
they need for those
in-charge-of-the-company
mules.”

that the Sun showed up today…
…for two whole hours…⏱
…YAY…
and for the mousie that I caught
in the meantime…🐭
which that Pawty Pooper thanked me for
and took him away
…fully in tact…
and I’m
T H A N K F U L
that I caught a little baby birdie…
that Peachy stole from me
and then the Pawty Pooper
stole it from Peachy…
…unfortunately not intact anymore…
the little one died in Granny’s hands
and Granny buried him in a plant pot
where he can live on furrever…💞
usually she buried them in Angel’s Place
but she’s afraid that we dig them out…
so they get a final place to rest
somewhere else…
and Granny is
T H A N K F U L
for us
…anyway…
even if she is in tears
when these things happen…
…accidentally…🙈

You two are good critter-catchers (or critter-stealers sometimes). I’m sure it hurts Granny’s heart when the worst happens (accidentally or not), but if anybody understands kitties – she does.

It is in you to catch birds and mice, there is nothing you can do, you are cats, yet I understand that it is sad for Granny. As long as they are then buried in peace.
It is good to have some sun, we all long for it … specially in this cold….brrrr and rain. I like some sun and more warmth.
I like to be in the garden more often without big jumpers.

Aww, I know it’s so heartbreaking for us when cats catch a bird or mouse. But you’re doing great, treating the little bird with so much care and respect and give it a lovely place for it’s body. The little soul is already free and happy again🐦.
Hope the weather will change for the better soon! We’re getting so much rain as well. Heavy rain. It looks like most of Europe is getting it🌧️
The whole kitty bunch is complaining about not getting catio time. I don’t let them out when it’s slippery on those tiles. Because they jump on the railing. When they jump down again, they could slip badly and get hurt.

Well boys – first of all – glad you had two whole hours of sun! We’ve had so much rain lately I’ve been happy to see the sun at all. Playing in your garden is fun too especially “hide and seek”. Sorry THE GREAT HUNTER found a baby bird but now it’s in birdie heaven so at least it’s at peace. The poem you wrote with Granny’s help was absolutely FABULOUS – we thought that photo of humans being bored would be a fun one for poetry and I guess we were right! Now you boys be good and enjoy the sun…..without hunting OK? OK!
