Granny…
are you sure we can walk
here…
it all looks different
without the wooden chips…
and to be honest
I don’t like it…
but at least it feels warm
on the tiles…
…if only for a few minutes…
because now it rains again…
…from one minute to the next…
…see…
…all the Forget-Me-Not’s have gone…
but at least there’s more color
in the garden…
and a new playground…
especially for us…
look how beautiful it looks…
a whole new garden
where we can run and play
without carrying a dozen of wood chips
with us…
…see…
as clean as ever…
and all chips stay where they belong to be…
with only one exception…
…the wind…
…strong wind makes them run away…
*mumbles*
…and us too…
Granny
we have a blossom here…
and look how many buds
the Blackberry already has…
so do the Raspberries…
we have about five Raspberries in pot
and they’re all full of buds…
and we can’t wait to eat them
when they’re ripe…
…they’re so delicious…
…and the Angel Wings have settled again
in Angel’s Place…
Granny says the Clematis
is going to show her beauty
when the Sun stays a little bit longer
so we hope to see a lot of her flowers soon…
and look what’s happened here…
…our other playground is ready too…
…doesn’t it look marvellous…
We’re very
T H A N K F U L
that we have finished
another project
and for all the fruit that is
coming our way…
…if we get a little help from the Sun…🙏
and for the visitor
that flew in…
one that we have never seen before
in our garden…
he’s very big…
and Granny thought that it was a Hornet…
but when he settled himself in a flower
she knew that it wasn’t…
this is the City Giant Hoverfly

…the biggest of its species in our Country…
…impurressive huh?…
…talking about impurressive…
we have to do a poem
for our furriends Angel Sammy and Teddy
on this week’s picture…
“Now strike a pose
and don’t you move
just get the picture done
to make it prove
that this is real
or not at all
because when you look closely
we have no ball
just a tennis racket
to balancee
because after all
this is as fake as it can be
or not
we have to wait and see
but whatever it will be
these men have more guts
than you and me.”

The garden looks so wonderful, Peachy and Stippie. Granny and Grandpaw did an amazing job with it! How exciting about the berries that are to some, and we loved seeing the bee. 🙂

Well boy we hardly know where to start with our comments because there are so many things happening there – the garden looks AMAZING and that giant pollinator looks BIG – and of course that poem of yours is a BIG HIT! Good job – and we are sure that you will be enjoying lots of delicious berries this year. Life is good right?
