A Mewsical Wednesday

Hi (Furry)furriends😻

Faye

can you see something

from up there…

I can see effurrything clearly

Peachy…

I can see clearly now – Jimmy Cliff (1993)

(original of Johnny Nash 1973)

and over there

I see some English trees…

Crowded House – English Trees (2007)

…how about you Peachy…

do you see anything

interesting…

besides that you’re

under Olive…

Fake Plastic Trees – Radiohead (1995)

OMC

what happened with those trees…

they look so tall

and empty…

The Trees – Rush (1978)

can you explain me

why they look so…eh…

naked…

Turn! Turn! Turn! – The Byrds (1965)

I like them when the leaves

are green…

…yeah…

me too Faye…

it doesn’t only look warmer

but also smells better…

effurrything does…

but for now

we have to deal with naked trees…

Leaves that are green – Simon and Garfunkel (1966)

and patiently wait

until the next season awakes…

Not so far away – Andrew Ripp and Chris Rice (2019)

Oh you two…Mom and I love seeing you out in the trees and having such a good day! We here at my home are always smiling when the trees get dressed again and the flowers come out to be enjoyed.

The change in seasons isn’t too far away and I’m really looking forward to spring’s return. It’s been a really cold winter for us, starting just before Thanksgiving and hasn’t let up a lot. This week has been really wicked cold, too. You shared a number of new to me songs which is always refreshing. I appreciate the song share and for you joining us on the dance floor, furriends. Have a boogietastic week! xo

Faye and Peachy, we see photos of snowdrop flowers blooming in England, and wish Michigan was nearer to spring than we are.

So sweet, kind of super sweet, especially as all we see right now are trees of white … but sparkling, glittering white trees are very pretty too!

We like seeing this post. Makes us think that there is the possibility of Spring in the far future. Trees with leaves! Love the songs. We got -23 C today and the snow is not meltin’! I’m in my bed tent until it thaws out.

WOW – you can see far away from high in the tree but BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CLIMB you two……we can’t see any green leaves yet – just snow/ice – but we are on the lookout for them. We will be happy to say BYE BYE to Winter and WELCOME to Spring!

    Hugs, Teddy and Mom Pam
