Dear (furry)furriends,
Granny asked me to let you know
that she won’t be around
for a period of time…
because she just found out
that her furriend Corine
has lost her battle
against breast cancer.
Here they are together
back in 2002 on the graduation ceremony.
She was only 36 years young.
That wasn’t easy, Granny…
but here we go..

I have to show you something…

Granny told me it’s their third nest..
of this year…
and Mom Nyle Duck is still so patient with her little
feather balls….
Here she is with four of her baby’s…
She’s looking for her husband…
because she wants some time out…
but two of her feather balls
follow her step by step…
but then she commands them…
to peep of…
so she can breathe for a minute..
and Strike a Pose…
for Granny…
and another one…
and baby strikes one too..
but then the baby’s wanted to play
and cool off a little bit…
in the puddle…
I love to watch them from my tree…
I’m not allowed to come nearby them anyway…
It’s time
to give my rumbling stomach…
something to do …
Don’t worry about
the youngsters..
I’m a fish-cat,
so they are safe from me 😀
