Granny’s masterpiece

For today’s gluten free pizza we need:

1 cauliflower: Euro 1,69 in shop A and 0,75 eurocent in shop B. http://nl.123rf.com/ thank you

3 eggs: euro 1,49 in shop A and 1,29 euro in shop B.

http://nl.123rf.com/ thank you

Crumbs of goat cheese: Euro 2,80 in shop A and 1,99 in shop B.

http://nl.123rf.com/ thank youpresident

Put greaseproof paper (I don’t know the exactly English word for it, it’s baking paper that you put in the oven) on a baking plate. Oven on 180 degrees. I’m not sure if this is the best idea, because the food doesn’t come off easily, when it’s ready, so we prefer it without the paper.

Mix the cauliflower in a kitchenmachine until it looks like rice and put it in a bowl and add the eggs and the crumbs of goat cheese (we recommend 6 slices or less, but that depends on your taste) and mix it by hand.

Then put everything on the baking plate and spread the mix over it. After that you put it in the oven during a minute or 10, sometimes even longer, untill it is getting harder. Don’t worry when the pizza dough doesn’t get hard…Granny’s never does either… 😀

When it’s ready, we put tomato paste on it. We use the nature sause, but we couldn’t find it, so we choose the GrandÍtalia Sugo Traditionale, that’s a good one too 🙂 It cost euro 1,49 in shop B and 1,92 euro in shop A.

Then you put an onion, paprika, champignons, tomatoes and some olives on it, or other leftovers in the refrigerator

and you have a purrfect….

or mixed up….gluten free PIZZA.

I think I have earned
