Hi (Furry)furriends💗

Granny

can you open the door for me

please…

I know it’s the thousandth time…

but I can’t help it…

I need to check what’s outside

when I’m inside…

and when I’m inside…

I have to check the outside…

…besides…

you said so yourself

it keeps you in big irritation shape

…so…

are you coming now or what?

I know you can’t resist my face…

nor the hypnotizing energy

that I sprinkle on you…

✨✨✨

So today… and always

I’m

T H A N K F U L

for my Granny

that she always opens the door for me

no matter if it’s the first or the thousandth time…

or if she is busy or not…

or if she likes it or not….😹

Granny is

T H A N K F U L

that the Lilac has finally healed…

she was broken on the stem

and they had to cut one stem in half last year

because she didn’t make flowers anymore..

but look at her now…

isn’t she a beauty…💜

Granny is also

T H A N K F U L

for magical phenomena…

and nature’s touching signs…

and for guessing right on my furriend’s teaser

but being late…

and we both are

T H A N K F U L

for YOU my furriends

readers and passers by…

…yes yes…

and you too…😸

 “Breathe in and out

and let’s just see

what’s hiding there

inside of me.

I feel the rhythm of the ocean

not to fast

but in slowmotion.

Then I see the clouds fly by

into the heavenly blue sky.

Now the mewsic starts to sing

and I’m all ready to swing

it all out

without any crowd

so

let’s get loud.”

Out There In The Fields

Hi (Furry)furriends💗

I’m out in the field, Granny…

so I have plenty of time

to be

T H A N K F U L

for my green buttercup nest…

and hiding place…

just in case the introoders

come over to disturb my deserved rest…

but now there are three

out of five

in the fields…

to help my mom…

with guarding the fence…

for impossible introoders

of their own…

and there’s Sphinx…

making sure

that the hay can be harvested…

for my mom…

so I’m also

T H A N K F U L

that at least three out of five

are helping my mom

*mumbles*

so we don’t have to do it…MOL😹

I have to hide…

There’s Grandpaw coming

WITH the introoders…

tell them

you haven’t seen me….

“There they come

and look what they’ve done

they were working hard

out there in the field

to harvest some furresh hay

and some greeneray

now they’re on track

and sitting on Grandpaw’s neck

while he’s driving his tractor

into the direction of my mother

to drop them off

and speed up home

where Granny

is waiting for the pennies.”

Caught in my Shadow

Granny…

since that Sun came out…

I just can’t get rid of that thing…

that’s following me all the time…

it’s right beside me

and I can’t get rid of it…

unless…

that’s better…

and it wasn’t to hard to catch

after all…

Now let me see

what I can do in the meantime…

how about some songs for the

Monday’s Mewsic hop…

as that thing gives me some inspiration

for this week’s mewsic choices of my own…

You thought it was about time

to set you furree…huh…

first I want to say some

T H A N K F U L s

to all my furriends on the blog…

as I’m 

T H A N K F U L

that they still have patience with me

that I can’t come to visit so often anymore

because Granny and Grandpaw are still busy

to complete one project after another for my mom…

and besides…

Granny is now taxi for my two-feet sibling too…MOL…

but at least they can give me plenty of 

Binky-time now

so I’m

T H A N K F U L

for that too…

and by having said that

it’s time to set the shadow free…

and take a walk…

and see what I encounter on the way…

“You don’t have to strive

for the good things in life

they’re right there on your way

almost for nothing to pay

you just have to look and see

that Mother Earth takes good care

of you and me

and the only thing she asks from you

is to take good care of her too

just by planting the seeds

and give them some water

and sometimes a little extra poo.”

An Artful and Poetic Thankful Caturday

Hi (Furry)furriends💗

I was just busy watching talking to the birdies

last Thursday…

to the one and only Robin…

actually…

that comes to bring messages

hang out in our garden every day…

and telling him how

T H A N K F U L

we are that he is such a faithful visitor…

when I heard Granny say

that there were more visitors coming today…

Oh no….

not again that little twofeet sister

and brothers….

that means more time in prison the closet…

as I can’t go out in the snow

unless I want to furreeze my butt off…

because they take over all of my place…

and then I have to act normal

when they’re going to school…

every day…

in this not normal situation…

but the good news is

that it’s only temporarily…

because they have found their own house now

nearby….

so Granny and Grandpaw are

T H A N K F U L

that the introoders found their own house…

so that they don’t have to sleep here anymore… 

so that they don’t have to travel 280 miles

back and forth

to see each other once in a while…

but that it’s getting very busy

the upcoming weeks

and I won’t have time

to post as much as I want…

nor come to visit you

as much as I want…

and maybe not even do some artwork

on the rocks to puzzle…

or a Poem…

for my furriends…

“Who has the ball

I hear you say

It will be mine

throughout the day

so you better bow

and concentrate

before we play

and salivate

and then we’ll see

who ends in fame

when we finish our game

you little dottler dame.”

but I try to be here as much as I can…

A Poetic Thankful Thursday

I am a very lucky cat…

Santa brought me two Advent calendars…

one was delivered through the wrong chimney

but found its way to my house after all…

now I like to know what’s in it…

will you please help me, Granny…

how about now?…

OMC…

that tastes like heaven…

okay…. finished…

next please…

What?

Not all doors?

Only one a day?

You don’t mean that…

do you…

well…

then give me an extra niff…

and I wait patiently…

till the next day…

Yes…

I’m all ready for this…

that Santa knows what I like…

the best treats ever…

I wish there were more treats…

behind one door…

yeah Granny

I know I can’t have it all…

at least not today…

but I can go to sleep

the whole day long

so that it becomes treat time faster…

surrounded by my old

and new toast…

that I got from Ellen and my furriends @15andmeowing…

So today I’m very

T H A N K F U L

for Santa and the nice Lady

that brought me an Advent calendar…

and Ellen for the new toast…

that I ignored at first,

but that I have shown all of the house

while I had my crazy hour minutes…

and now let’s have some fun
